About me
I am a PhD student in the Applied Social and Cultural Psychology program at Florida International University. Specifically, I work with Dr. Asia Eaton at the Power, Women, and Relationships (PWR) lab. I seek to utilize a feminist research lens to understand the influence of gender and sexuality within intimate relationships. I am currently collecting data for my Master’s thesis, in which I investigate the impact of gender roles and labor division on relationship satisfaction for women partnered with women and women partnered with men.

I am currently a member of this sub-committee within the American Psychology Association for graduate students. Our goals involve advocating for queer graduate students and providing resources for future LGBTQ+ psychologists.
YES Institute Internship
The YED Institute is local non-profit organization in Miami focused on promoting the well-being of all youth, free of suicide, violence and discrimination. I am currently interning for the orgnaization where I work with the deucation team to provide training related to sexual and gender orientation, psychological safety, and communication.
